FAQsQ. How do i upload my photo?
A. Uploading your picture is easy. Once you have a digital copy of yoru photo on your computer, follow the 3 simple steps of out ordering process and when prompted to either ppost or upload your photos.
Q. How do i scan my photo
A. Refer to your scanners instruction manual or go to your local printers.
Q. What if i am unhappy with the results?
A. At iridis imaging we ask for no payment unless you are entirely satisfied with your restoration. Once your work have been complete you will recieve a watermarked digital copy. If you are not satisfied wit the results then simply decline to pay.
Q. What do I do if i lose my reference number?
A. If you lose your reference number simply use our contact form to send us a message and we will reply as soon as possible. Please remember to include your email address that was used when placing your order.
Q. How long will my photo restoration take?
A. As the work required for each photo restoration is unique it's hard to give a time estimate before viewing the extent of the damage. For photos that only have minimal damage we ain to complete all single orders within 48 hours. photos that have more extensive damage may take up to 7 days.
Q. What if i am unhappy with my quote?
A. If you are not satisfied with the quote you recieve, simply follow the link in the email to view your order and then click 'decline quote'.
A. We use top quality photo printing paper that will not fade for over 100 years.
Q. What if my original photogrpah is lost in the post?
A. We recommend to all out customer to send their photo restorations using Royal Mail's recorded delivery service.
Q. Can you Enlarge small photos like a passport photo?
A. Yes, if you send us the original photo we can enlarge the picture when we scan the photogrpah.
Q. What are your refund policy?
A. As we only ask you to pay after the work is complete and you are happy with the results, refunds are very rarley given. However, if you are unsatisifed with the prints you receive throught he post, simply return the photographs and will print out new ones for you.
