Ording with Iridis Imaging is a simple and painless process. We have a system that is simple and fast and easy to use. There are two ways to send your photo restorstion and photo repair project to us. The first way is to send your photos through the post. If you don't have access to a scanner then you can put your photo in an envolope and send it directly to us. We always reccommend using the recorded delivery service provided by Royal Mail. If your photo are valuable then this service is a must. We reccommend it to all our customers. Your photo will then be far more protected against theft or being lost as the photo restoration will have to be signed for and the photo is also insured. The second way to get your photo repair project to us is by uploading the photo through our website. If you have a digital copy of your photo then all you need to do is go to our upload page, fill in the information we ask for, your name, your email address, your phone number and any other informtion abotu what service you require. Once we recieve your photo restoration we will assess the work that is necessary to complete the project and then reply via email with a free quote within 24 hours. Once you receive your quote, if you are happy then we will begin work on you photo as soon as possible. When the photo is complete we will send you a version of the photo that has a watermark on it. If you are totally happy with the results you will recieve an invioce from paypal and when we receive your payment we will send you via email a picture without a mark. If you have sent your photo restoration in the postal then we will return the photograph with a free print out and the digital copy on a disc.
