At Iridis Imaging you can view the progress of your Photo Restoration or photo repair but visiitng our view yoru order page and then typing in your order number. You would have recieved your order number in the confirmation email you were sent when you uplaoded your photo to us. If you have lost your order number then not to worry. Just use this contact form to request your order number. you will need to provide the email address that you used to place the original order. When you enter your order number you will be able to see the status of your order. These are the stages of our photo restoratio and photo repair service and one of these terms will be displayed:
Quote Pending - We have received your order and as soon as one of our member of staff have reviewed your photo restoration we will send a quote for the work required
Quote Rejected - You have deline the quote that we gave after assessing the necessary work required.
Quote Accepted - You have accepted our quote and work will begin on your photo restoration or photo repair shortly.
Work In Progress - We have begun work on your photo repair.
Work Completed - We have finished work on your photo repair and have sent you a watermarked copu of the completed photo.
Payment Rejected - You were not happy with our completed picture restoration and have decline to pay.
Payment Accepted - You were satisfied with our photo restoration and have completed a payment for the work.
Photo Sent - We have either returned the original copies and send a digital copy of the picture via email.
